The all-in-one management platform for meetings & events secures investment scale globally.
Oslo, 17 february 2026 - Qondor, the leader in meetings & events management software, has partnered with Monterro, which becomes majority owner, to accelerate international expansion and product innovation.
Built with and for professional meetings & events teams, Qondor replaces a patchwork of tools with one connected workflow, from first request to final invoice. In 2025 alone, around 44,000 events were delivered through Qondor across 15+ countries, by customers including Reed & MacKay, Eventity, Berg-Hansen, BCD Meetings & Events and Z Event. More than half of annual recurring revenue now comes from outside Norway, with a quarter from the UK - momentum that helped attract Monterro’s investment and hands-on partnership.
Why this matters for the MICE industry.
Most teams still juggle proposals, budgets, registrations, change requests, suppliers and invoicing across scattered tools and dreaded spreadsheets. With Monterro’s partnership, Qondor can double down on the platform that unifies it all, and ship faster. That means fewer manual steps, real financial control, and a better workday for agencies: less admin, more delivery.
Qondor will keep driving innovation for the industry, so teams can finally ditch spreadsheets, move quicker from request to reconciliation, and rely on one connected system that keeps pace with how modern events are run.
A strong platform for growth.
“we chose Monterro because they combine strategic and operational expertise with a proven track record of scaling software companies,” said Nils Olav Rislå, CEO of Qondor. “Qondor brings deep domain expertise; Monterro brings scaling experience. That makes for a perfect match. Their model and execution capabilities were decisive in a competitive process.”
The growth plan starts immediately, including hiring six new roles across sales and technology leadership. Qondor is also accelerating investment in AI to deliver faster workflows, better quality and expanded functionality. Looking ahead, Qondor envisions automatic suggestions for sustainable destinations, hotel and pricing recommendations, and supplier quote requests handled without manual back-and-forth. All inside Qondor, with a human in the loop.
A clear vision for the industry.
Qondor operates with a simple principle: to make the management of meetings & events as joyful as the moments they create. As demand for in-person meetings remains strong in an increasingly digital world, Qondor’s focus is to help teams work more efficiently, profitably and sustainably.
“Qondor has a strong team, an exceptional solution and a business model that consistently delivers highly satisfied customers,” said Nils Olsson of Monterro, incoming chair of Qondor. “The product is purpose-built for a clearly defined segment and digitises core industry workflows end to end. We’re confident we can accelerate growth together.”
Monterro becomes majority owner; Qondor’s founders remain significant shareholders and continue in their roles.
“We are fully aligned and committed to building this together,” Olsson adds.
