As part of Bennet, Norway’s oldest and the world’s second-oldest travel agency, they’ve been selling travel since 1850, when Thomas Bennett founded Bennett Reisebureau. In fact, they made history by issuing the world’s first travel voucher in 1887 and the first-ever flight ticket in 1919.

Centrum has relied on Qondor since 2020 to manage everything from offers and communications to project oversight and reporting. When they heard Qondor was launching a sustainability reporting tool, the decision to get involved early was immediate.

Centrum’s journey with Qondor started just before the pandemic hit. They onboarded in early March 2020, mere weeks before global travel came to a halt.
“Everything was set up and ready… and then the world stopped,” the team reflects. “But when we came back, Qondor helped us get back on our feet faster than we ever expected.”

This is especially relevant for Centrum’s client base, which includes both mid-sized businesses and large tour operators running up to 50 trips per year. These clients are increasingly asking for data, driven by new regulations like CSRD and internal sustainability initiatives.
